Created from my intense love of everything waterlilies, I every summer go to the gardens just to take pictures of these magnificent nymphaeas hoping to capture the perfect image to paint. This really spoke to me. It is just dazzling in terms of colors, composition and lighting/shadow. My goal was to brings the delicate elegance of blooming waterlilies to life. I am always trying to create art that uplifts people and brings them joy in their homes.
Handcrafted with high-quality soft pastels and pastel pencils on yellow Canson MiTientes Sanded Pastel Paper, finished with a gloss spray varnish for protection.
