Fine Art Prints

  • Melissa Tobia Art now offering high quality archival fine art prints directly to her fans and collectors.

  • These prints are created on 200 GSM archival matte paper with a touch of watercolor-like texture, using seven dyed-based inks that Melissa Tobia has determined most closely capture the look of her original paintings and use the finest inks available. There is no embellished texture applied to the print.

Copyright

  • When you buy an original painting or limited edition print, you buy the physical object to have and enjoy. You own only the artwork, not the copyright to it. The owner of the artwork does not own the right to reproduce the painting in any method either for profit or any other purpose. Reproductions remain with the artist.

Shipping

  • Original art and fine art prints are shipped careful flat or rolled and sent for FREE in the United States.

  • Art is created using traditional methods like Soft Pastels, Color Pencils, Watercolor, Pen & Ink, Oil or Acrylic on Canvas or Panel. Melissa Tobia’s art takes many hours to execute the level of detail and texture that is desired.

  • No, all prints are sold unframed so you can choose framing that matches your space. Each print includes a white border sized for easy matting and framing.

  • Available sizes are listed in the Sizes Available section for the specific print. Each print includes a white border sized for easy matting and framing, with border width varying slightly by paper size.

  • Because paper sizes have slightly different proportions, some cropping may occur to fit the image to your selected size. The full composition is preserved as closely as possible, but exact framing may vary slightly between sizes.

  • Monitors display color differently, so slight variation between what you see online and the printed piece is normal.

  • Standard ground shipping is free within the USA.

  • Prints are made to order — please allow 1-2 weeks for production before your piece ships.

  • I except returns and exchanges for 30 days on originals and prints if you are not satisfied. Buyer incurs the cost of shipping in case of returns and exchanges. If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 7 days with photos and I’ll replace it at no cost.

  • If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us so we can open an inquiry with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost, or a refund if that piece is no longer available.

  • If a replacement isn't available for a damaged or lost item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

  • No, as of now most original artworks are sold unframed, unless stated otherwise in the product page, so you can choose framing that matches your space.

  • All original artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity, signed and dated by me. My artwork is 100% original, one-of-a-kind and is only created by me. My artwork is not generated or created by AI and I don’t use AI tools of any kind. My art is created with traditional tools only (paint, pencils, canvas, paper, etc).

  • Artwork size is stated in the product listng, under section “Artwork Size”. Original Artwork comes in one size only as listed. Prints may be available.

  • Monitors display color differently, so slight variation between what you see online and the printed piece is normal.

  • Standard ground shipping is free within the USA.

  • Originals are shipped out within 4 days.

  • All original artwork is shipped with complimentary tracking number (provided in email) and shipping insurance.

  • I accept returns and exchanges on originals within 30 days if you're not satisfied. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and the artwork must arrive back in the same condition it was sent — undamaged and in its original packaging.

    Damaged in transit? That's on me. Contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging, and I'll refund it at no cost to you.
